Submission Procedure

Please submit all the material to OpenReview (https://openreview.net/group?id=IEEE.org/IROS/2024/Workshop/Data_Through_Embodies_Robots)

Paper format:

• Page: 1, excluding references
• 2 columns. Template and format guidelines given by the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (https://ras.papercept.net/conferences/support/support.php).

Video format (Option):

• Scan type: Progressive
• File size: up to 100MB
• Format (only one of the following should be used): mp4, mov
• Maximum duration: 180 sec.
• Minimum height: 480
• Minimum frame rate (fps): 20

Instructions for Posters

A poster has to be brought on the workshop day. The format will be announced later.
